- I started PDX Weightlifting to fill a niche – to provide high performance, hardcore, no BS training with a focus on the Olympic Weightlifting movements in a fun and lighthearted atmosphere.
- I promise to never raise your rates as long as you’re a client of mine. If you stay current with your pricing plan I’ll honor your current rate for as many years as you train with me.

PDX Weightlifting is a Membership based club. To keep things simple, we have only 1 option. This includes unlimited classes per week! PLUS, Your First Week is FREE!!

Spend one day a week with us and focus in on technique building on the Olympic Lifts – Perfect for members of local CrossFit gyms who want to hone their skills
