Fitness Boot Camp

My bootcamp is totally unique.  Most bootcamps are really just overblown aerobics classes.  You all get together and do basic bodyweight aerobics exercises and run back and forth around a park.  The scenery is often nice, but actual workouts are sub-par.

Not here!  With me, we’re serious about your TOTAL fitness and your progression from point A to point B.  You have serious fitness and health goals and I’ll be damned if I don’t see you to them.  We’ll use weight training movements, circuits, calisthenics, and aerobics all combined into a total-body cardio-strength training program done right here in the gym (no wet grass or rain to deal with!).  READ MORE >>
