Our power snatch competition with Black Box FW this month really fired up the team! There were a total of 9 PR’s on Monday, 6 of them being on the Power Snatch itself!!
Just goes to show, you MUST find ways to motivate yourself in training if you want to improve.

Here are the Sinclair results for my crew
Sinclair regulates for your Age and Weight. I didn’t include the lifters actual weights or ages, but I did use them in calculating. I left age blank, and simply put down the weight class they compete in.
Sinclair does NOT allow you to compare women to men. It is based on the world record results for the Super Heavy weights which is different for each gender.

So, our women averaged 53.5 and the men had 101.9 which gives a total of:
53.5 + 101.9 = 155.4
