I won’t be at the Gym for Thursday night practice since I’m getting my wisdom teeth out Wednesday (all kinds of fun). But, I’ll be there Saturday.  Of course, that doesn’t mean that you don’t have to go!  The State meet is almost here!  Less than a month.

Here’s an article by John Berardi on upping your workout load to lose body fat … ie, up your workout so you don’t have to watch your calories.  That’s what I’m talking about.
