Snatch

Amy – easy 50k Power Snatch

Leslie – Snatch.  It was a bit forward and she had to chase it, but it was a good lift!

Noel – 50k Snatch in his FIRST contest ever!

Roy – 52.5 PR Power-Snatch in First contest!

Chris – Snatch.  I think it was 85k …

Clean and Jerks

Leslie – 50k PR Clean and Jerk!

Amy – 67.5k Clean and Jerk

Roy – Power Clean and Jerk.  Clearly the jerk is not his weakness!  Bam!

Noel – Great dive under the bar, good recovery … but just missed the bar behind him on the jerk.  But, notice how FAST he got under the bar on the clean – THAT is what you need to do, my friends.

Chris – Clean and Jerk.  I want to say it was 105k?

This was a great meet.  As you can see there were a TON of PR’s. It was the first meet for both Roy and Noel, and they both kicked ass.
