The first is a green food supplement.
The second is a fish oil supplement.
The third is a protein supplement.
I think it’s hard to argue with that. Though I really only regularly use the second two as supplements, a copious amount of veggies is necessary, and drinking them may help out on that front.
absolutely.. well obviously its cholesterol free.. and it’s healthy..
What about creatine? And I don’t know how well the green food supplement would taste in my chocolate protein shake. Eeeew!
